How can you not enjoy this beautiful, but unseasonably warm weather? For us, it’s been a constant 70 something degrees during the day and little chilly at night. It reminds me of Spring even though it’s February.
I have to share my most favorite things for Spring…so far!
Apple Blossoms – We have a small orchard and right now some of our apple trees are in full bloom.
Try cutting a few and cleaning up the branches of any leaves or small branches and add them to a vase to brighten any room.
Remember – don’t take too many, we want to leave some for the honey bees!
Another favorite flower that brings nothing by brightness into any room, DAFFODILS.
They’re often underrated because they pop up and lose their petals before you realize they were in full glory.
I usually wait until I see that they’ve bloomed fully before taking them inside. Although they don’t last long, the yellow color brings you joy without even knowing it. You’ll have a skip to your step with some daffodils in your home, even if it is only for a few days!
The next thing on my favorites is Macrame! I know, I can see the eye roll, but you have to trust me on this. Check out the wall hangings and plant hangers.
I tried to make a wall hanging once myself and it certainly didn’t end up looking this one, that’s for sure!
The plant hangers aren’t that bad to craft. I watched a few YouTube videos and followed the steps. The few I made weren’t as beautiful as the one here but I still got some use of out it!
Who doesn’t love succulents? I didn’t know how easy it is to create more little succulent babies until I received an order of succulents that arrived in less than desirable conditions. I had no choice but to look into how I could save what I could.

If you plant them as shown above, before you know it, you’ll have little baby succulents popping up in no time. Then all you have to do is transfer them to the planter you want.
The last style I wanted to share with you is the Bohemian dresses and have me swooning. I love loose fitting clothing and would probably wear a moo-moo if I found one that I liked.
I’m really loving the flowy and floral designs…still looking for that perfect dress!
